I worked with a very talented cake designer at Profile Cake Studio / Event Center to come up with our dream wedding cake. It was a wonderful experience, but, unfortunately, through circumstances beyond their control and by no fault of their own, Profile became unable to create my dream cake just a month before my wedding. I was beyond impressed by Profile's response to this very unfortunate situation. They were open and honest, promptly returned my deposit, and went the extra mile to quickly find someone else who COULD make my dream wedding cake happen. It was a perfect solution! I can honestly say I never would have figured it out in time without the amazing event coordinator there who found the new cake solution. In fact, every single person, from receptionist to manager, I spoke to there was notably friendly, honest, helpful, and positive. I was SO impressed that multiple people there congratulated us about our wedding rather than being negative or just showing pity that we were planning a wedding during COVID-19. This is such a small thing, but that level of good customer service from everyone on the team meant the world when most of our other vendors were only talking about the restrictions and negativity around planning our wedding during that time. I'm so grateful for Profile's professionalism and hopeful attitude, and I would 100% recommend it for anyone in need of an event space or desserts!​

WOW! I cannot begin to say how absolutely blown away I was was with my wedding cake and desserts from Profile Cake Studio! Maranda listened to my ideas, gave helpful suggestions on how to make them better, and absolutely knocked it out of the park! We had so many people tell us that they were amazed with the cake and had never seen such a cool design before. Everyone raved about the mini desserts we had as well. I am so beyond happy with how everything turned out and looked and on top of that it all tasted amazing! Maranda truly went above and beyond! She even helped me surprise my new Husband by coloring the inside cake part to look like his native country's flag colors so when we cut in to the cake he was so excited! I cannot say enough about my great experience with Profile Cake Studio, Maranda, and our sweet desserts!
